Our sessions are all geared toward individual needs, and even the small groups get plenty of attention. Wondering how to begin? We always recommend our Introductory Package of three private sessions. The package is affordably-priced and will teach you the fundamentals of Pilates allowing you to continue with private sessions and/or join the group sessions.

Pilates apparatus provides spring-loaded resistance that allows you to stretch and strengthen targeted muscles safely and efficiently, without stress to ligaments and joints. This equipment provides support for your body often allowing people to exercise in ways, when unsupported, they would not be able to.
Working one-on-one allows the instructor to tailor a workout using the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Barrels and/or Cadillac to fit your needs and goals. In addition, we will guide you in learning proper technique and alignment.
Private sessions are perfect if you are new to Pilates, are returning to exercise post injury, or simply prefer individualized attention.
Private sessions are $50 per hour.
Private instruction is required before joining group sessions.
Sharing the workout and attention of the instructor with 1-2 others, these sessions will continue to address your individual needs while providing camaraderie. You’ll continue to develop strength, flexibility and confidence in your Pilates technique. This type of session allows you the opportunity to develop autonomy and take ownership of your workout.
To schedule a semi-private session you can bring a friend or two if you’d like or ask us to suggest a partner for you. We make our best effort to accommodate requests however, availability of other clients at the time requested and with similar experience sometimes make this challenging.
Semi- Private sessions are $40 per hour.
SMALL GROUP CIRCUIT TRAINING
Limited to six clients to allow you to get some individualized attention and use all of the studio apparatus at a
very attractive price. The workout is constantly changing, is fast paced and is fun. You will use different combinations of Reformers, Mat, Red Cord, Water Rowers as well as the Wunda Chair and large Barrel. Constantly changing, constantly fun!
Class will start back up September 7th at 7 pm and will be held each Wednesday for the rest of the month. Cost is $100 for the four (4) classes. To be able to maintain our small class size, we ask that you sign up for all four (4) classes at once. No cancellations or make-ups can be accomodated for this class. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Redcord is revolutionary here in the States, but in Norway, it’s used in physical therapy and training for elite athletes. Redcord combines the instability of ropes hung from two separate suspension points, with endless combinations of lever and load from various size slings and handles. It is a fierce workout, and the principles of Redcord dovetail beautifully with Pilates.
Private and semi-private Redcord sessions are available and range from $40 -50/hour
Redcord is also sometimes incorporated into our Circuit Classes.
